Superhost commitment
Every Maison Siam property is listed under our Superhost account. When something breaks mid-stay · AC failure, WiFi outage, anything affecting the guest · we act immediately. We don't wait for owner approval. Compensations up to one night's value are absorbed and documented. Above that, we flag before proceeding.
If the disruption is our operational fault (communication failure, scheduling error, housekeeping issue), Maison Siam absorbs the full cost · no charge to you under any circumstance. Property faults (appliance breakdown) and building faults (pest, water ingress) are charged to the owner and itemised in the monthly report.
Superhost properties consistently earn more than equivalent non-Superhost listings. Our policy of acting first and reporting after protects your earning potential, not undermines it.
